out of these weapons which is better?

for a fighter 1 hand sword, 2 hand sword, 2 hand hammer?

for a cleric hammer or mace?

for a archer crossbow or bow?

for a mage wand or staff?

please answer all of these please

Fighter- Axe For both DD and Tank the extra damage makes you hold aggro
Cleric- Hammer same reason as above it just has more damage and its not much slower
Archer- Bow is faster thus more DPS
Mage-wand seems to over all have better stats to me.

My personal oppinion... again, is that it doesn't matter what weapon you use. Instead of getting your mind locked on hammer or mace, bow or xbow etc, simply compare the stats of it. Simply, this whole discussion of the "better" weapon should've ended the day they released greens, because stats have MUCH more impact on damage outage and defence. The crit% and aim also differs from weapon to weapon, so generalizing a class' choice of weapons is impossible.

Just check through some stores each time you're in eld and buy the one with highest stat you can afford.

Yeah, I personally think any weapon can be better, depending on its stats, and your builds stats.

As a note I think that axe could be used for a tanker if it fits your style, but I feel much safer as a tank myself, or being a cleric behind a tank, if they have a 1h sword/shield as it provides higher block rate/defense. Other than that I really have no thoughts on people using the various weapons, they all seem to be pretty even.
(I used the cleric/tank in my analogy only because those are the only characters I have.)
