Having problem installing the game

game was downloaded
but when i install i get this prob
Delete AppData dir:
C:\Users\Public\Outspark
Delete Aragon regkey
Delete HKLM\Software\Outspark regkey
Delete HKLM\Software\Outspark.com regkey
Delete Virtualized regkey

Please help
