Every time i try to play (i just started playing today) something goes wrong. I type my user id and password but the launcher dissapears every time, can any one tell me what is happening?

Yeah the same thing happens to me, and it's annoying.

It could be:

1.) You don't have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c

2.) You have a firewall running( they block it from starting)

3.) You might not have the latest video drivers.

4.) You don't meet the min. requirements.

Any of the above can cause your problem.
