If the KQ is still in progress you should be warped back to the KQ upon relogging. I remember a KQ I did the other day someone was having real bad lag issues they had to relog and they still got warped back to the KQ upon relogging.

If the KQ is over you will log in in a town.

No you wont get the KQ reward unless you were there when the quest ended and you get warped back to Roumen

To me Andromeda's answers were clear, but if you want it again:
IF you get disconnected while in KQ, 2 things can happen:
- KQ isn't over: you log back in the KQ.
- KQ is over: you log back in town, without reward.

NOTE: King Slime KQ transport you in Roumen at the end, others in Elderine, higher ones in Uraga
