Where are the final Decomp Skills?

I have purchased the decomp skills from Roumen, Elderine and Urga and I have topped out the Skill. There are still a bunch of skills that I have not found the scrolls for. Where are they? Are they in a yet undiscovered City? Or do I need to scour the countryside killing Mobs and hoping for the skills to drop? Do the skills not exist yet at this level of the Beta?

I would appreciate any knowledgeable answers to my questions.

No "Drama for the Llama" from the Swoopmeister. I only hope that it will be available before all my storage is full of premium items that I can't do nething with.. I could have said "foraging the forests" or "tooling through the towns" (Wow lots of T's) but scouring the countryside did slip nicely from the fingers.
