Yes, that is the Outspark official policy but there is really no way that they can tell unless you are really stupid and advertise it in the game or in the forum.

He was reminding people that selling your account is a bannable offense. The thread the other guy posted is not viewed by everyone obviously, otherwise they would not be trying to sell their accounts in the forums. He made this thread for all to see, why criticize him when hes just reminding people of the rules?

thats fine and well all of your comments against this post, but the reason this post was made was because the other day someone was trying to sell their account on the marketplace forum here. it was just a reminder for those who arent sure that it is in fact illegal and you can be banned for it
