Spamming of text in shout

Gm please ban those who are spamming in the shout as it is very disturbing. or try to come up with ways to stop them. like make a 5 or 10 sec delay after everytime u shout. thanks

Yes it's very annoying. Yesterday night all we could see in the texts was all about lvlgold.
