So i come to login, never had any problems before and it tells me my ID has been blocked.

Ive spent allot of money on this game and they dont even have the curtasy to send me an email explaining why i have been blocked.

Would you treat a customer like this els where? i dont think so.

Can a GM please put this post in the correct place or at least email me?

Many Thanks

You know, I'm going to take a wild guess...but i can bet your ID wasn't blocked randomly just based upon your (how shall I say it) 'suggestive' signature.

For confirmation or a reason on why your ID has been blocked please send an e-mail to support@outspark.com with your account info (sans password), in-game name, server name, etc.

Consequently, I request that you remove or replace your signature with something more appropriate for the forums.

If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me.

*chuckles* Yah the sig is a bit to risque for the fourms, much as I got a kick out of it. :)

You can also PM "Fiesta_Help" on the forums here. You can click on the link below to head to the staff listing. Check the GM section for "Fiesta_help" and then to the far right should be a "Send PM" button.

Theee most epic and most unique siggy I've ever came across in this forum. LOL. But, like everyone has said it's most likely the reason as to why you've gotten your ID Blocked, OR.. as happened to me before, it was simply a mistake. So, if I'm correct about it being a mistake, you should get the account back later on today. ^^

You email support@outspark.com for account issues. Fiesta_Help is for in-game issues. But this is an account issue.

Two words: Charge Back

If you have bought Sparkcash recently, this is most likely the case. You must contact your payment service provider to see why your payment was denied or refunded.

You can also contact our help desk at support@outspark.com

This seems to be happening to alot of the high lvled people in Apoline.

My friend got banned today too. Or "id blocked". He has barely even been logging onto it to do anything, and when he has, hes been helping me and a friend quest.

And worst yet, theres not even a warning system to this (like they send you an email that your account has been blocked for XXXXX reason). They just POOF ban. And wont reply to it for a week or two DX My friends already sent an email thing to them this morning. And in my cases like.. concerning the SC and stuff that Ive sent a ticket in for, I got at least SOME response within a few hours (even if it is a "thank you, i will behandeling this, yada yada, let me see hat is wrong i will email you back).

Its a bit.. extreme.
Even if they are beign banned for reasonable reasons, if these reasons ar esay,... a month old.. its kinda late to punish them for it Dx Im jsut saying, they wont know why and stuff.

D: This worries me tho. It freaks me out. Makes me scared that any second Ill be banned for doing nothing D:D:

Did i sense here a some conspiracy theory?
Guys... before you post something like "Outspark made new event called Lets bann as many high levels as possible before they start asking questions" rethink if people who get banned are really so innocent as they claim to be.
I known that what i post might sound irrational but if staff will start banning people out of blue this will mean end of Fiesta because no one will undertake a risk of leveling thier characters <especially high level> just to find next day nice little add on to laucher "YOUR ID WAS BLOCKED".
IF there is <like was posted in other thread> a hacker who is able to bann people <what i do not belive by the way because he must hacked a high level account (GM) in order to obtain bann possibility (CLs do not have this option both in forum or in game)> then this is a case for Federal Investigators because since 2005 at USA teritory hacking someone other account is now Federal Crime and hacker if cought can get to real prison for minimum 5 years.
I hope that this latest ID block issue will be explained by staff in order to put down any Outspark Staff conspiracy against capped players theory...

Well, as much as I hate to admit it, a charge-back mistake was made on my first character, Wendalynn, and she was banned ~ but I got an e-mail about it, the same day, about the time (I suspect) that the ID was blocked. So if it were for that reason, you would have received an e-mail fairly quickly, as they only give you 7 days or so to get it straightened out, and the charge-back fixed, before the temporary block becomes a permanent ban.

And no, I don't know how to fix a charge back, as my question on the matter was never answered, so don't ask me xD I worked my butt off and cried for about a month trying to get it fixed with several GMs' help... R.I.P. Wendalynn~

yeh, my level 50 fighter and 55% to 51 :P but that was... 9 looooong months ago -- I've restarted twice since then, and made sure to do 10 times better since :) and I'm very careful about making sure no charge-back incidents occur, lmao

To fix a charge back you have to contact your credit card company and/or PayPal to reverse it. You might be able to even just pay the money back with a check or money order.

Actually, apparently it's a lot more complicated than that, lmao, because I always pay it through paypal, and that's supposedly where the charge-back went... but paypal had no records of a charge-back being issued, nor money being returned to them. Paypal can't give money back that was never taken, and as a whole loop of 'give the money back'-'we don't have the money'-'give the money back'-'we don't have the money' got played over and over, it was finally decided that it wasn't worth the tears or stress :) However, from what I hear, the process is much easier now, so at least it was fixed for new players ^^ as for the 'check or money order' theory, I actually asked if that would be possible, to just send Outspark 50$, but was told the only thing that would fix it would be to reverse the charge-back, sending money wouldn't help :p

The check or money order deal is true for it happen to me, but in some cases I guess people really don't get the option to for my friend went through the same thing and wasn't allowed this way of payment. This all just teaches everyone to keep a closer eye on their cards and payments. ;)

Exactly ~ but also eludes to the fact that this wouldn't be a charge-back issue, as, if these people have been checking their e-mails, they definitely would have heard something the first day, considering the short amount of time they're given to take care of it xP Which, really, if your situation isn't silly like mine, I suppose that it's not really that short of an amount of time, rofl... anyway, good luck to the OP, and others this problem seems to be happening to!

I ended up getting an email the second day and my friend didn't receive anything at all so yes the best bet would be to send in a ticket to a CSR. They really work quick and are super helpful. <3 Joker and Hal

I had CSR_Cretz to help me... gonna leave it at that xD The man was the only CSR at the time and GM_Murdock was a semi-helper... the new CSRs we have now are doing a wonderful job ~ but I have to say, I hope I never have to speak with anyone about being blocked or banned again, lmao, I dun' care how great they are :P
