outspark cash

yesterday i got 50$ worth of outspark cash only to find out the site telling me it did not work but when i look at my card i got a full charge but funny thing is thay did not give me my out spark cash at this point i dont no what to do in need help has anyone had this prob if so what did u do i did email them but have yet to here back

I've had that problem before using Paypal I think, Although my card wasn't charged...

If the charge is actually there I would provide evidence of purchase and have outspark credit you, or call the bank and have them cancel the charge.

i wish i can but u see i used a pre paid card wich iv been useing n haveint had any probs up till now ...

same happened to me i contacted a gm about it 2 days ago and no reply -_- it charged out of my cashu-prepaid- card but it didnt charge sparkcash

I have the same issues with purchasing SparkCash as well, although my theory is that Outspark is having techinical difficulties at the moment.
