KQ timer bug

[GSL2007]

The KQ timer are bugged in the KQ selection window as when the time for recruiting came, i didn't saw any "recruiting" status at all despite it had been lapsed 1 min after the official time.

KQ(s): MD and probably all other kqs

I had only recently encountered this bug starting from around 2-3 days ago.

Its been buged sins the move, only that it takes longer and longer for it to start. Seen up to 5 min now, whas under 1 min right after the move.
