i kno u can purchase items with real money but can i get a perminent one? like the samurai perminent costume? im willing to buy if its perminent?

To get permanent items you have to purchase lucky balls. But then it's just a chance you'll get one.

Outsparks are really cheap with permanent items
they forces you to buy lucky balls
which cost about 2 dollars and 50 cents
and have a 5% chance of getting a random permanent item
which means a permanent in this game cost about $50 dollars
not to mention they have a "quantity limit" system
meaning that they will say "we are giving out 40 cloaks of love in yellow lucky balls"
and if people have all randomed the 40 cloaks of love
no matter how many balls u buy
u will not get it, it is done

As mentioned above you may purchase the Lucky Ball from the Spark Cash store. The Lucky Balls are a game of chance and you will get something from them. I have been lucky enough to get permanent white angel wings. People have gotten permanent items so don't be discouraged. No it most likely will not be in the first try *if so you are lucky ;) *
