First of all: NOT me.
My friend.
Hes made another account to tell me and to get help, but he cannot access the forums, game, or anything with his original account. Hes done nothing at all to be reported for, in fact, the only thing hes been doing has been following me and my friends and helping us out with quests. He rarely even talks outside of whisper/ pt chat, and not a single bit of it is even close to offensive.

Anyway, how can I go about helping him figure out what happened? Obviously his account is banned, but both of us cant seem to figure out how or why, and he cant even log onto the forums to ASK why
:/

Two words: Charge Back

If you have bought Sparkcash recently, this is most likely the case. You must contact your payment service provider to see why your payment was denied or refunded.

You can also contact our help desk at support@outspark.com

This is just one possible explanation...

I can not find the exact post in the new and annoucements section but I do recall an issue of increased customers abusing the sparkcash system by charging up their credit cards, using up the sparkcash for premium items and at the end of the month called up their credit card companies and refused payment for whatever reason ie. my children used my card info without permission, lack of funding, etc. As a result Outspark put in a no tolerance view on banning any account immediately if their was a charge back, which is basically buying sparkcash, spending it and then charged back which is basically someone spending the sparkcash and have their rl $ refunded but the sparkcash is gone so can not be returned to Outspark and what is worst, a charge back is like a bounced check, Outspark gets charged rl $ from their credit card processing merchant. The zero tolerance policy may seen harsh especially if it is unintentional like your credit card company did a charge back because you exceed your credit limit, credit card company believed your recent charges are suspicious and suspended your card until you contact them to verify your most recent purchases, etc. I wish you luck in resolving your matters between your payment processor (credit card company, pay pal, etc.) and Outspark because sometimes finding the right help quickly is like pulling teeth. Good luck.
oh I almost forgot, the best people to contact since this is an account issue are CSRs at support@outspark.com

He mails them the money, so its nothing to do with a credit card.

We don't know what could have happened...I mean you aren't your friends, so only they know what they do.

On the other hand, it could just be another effect from the server move.

Your "friend" has to inquire about his own account. You are not responsible for his account nor can provide any information on his account nor should have any information on his account.

If you want to find a solution, contact support@outspark.com

You have never stated which character has been banned.

You did not provide the SparkID.

You do not have his information.

Again, tell him to contact support@outspark.com

Kind of odd that this is the second or third thread where a "friend" has come forward to solve this exact problem.

Yes, and I'd like to go onto say this:

If this has happened to someone you know, please inform them they should be making the inquiries to support@outspark.com with the account info(SparkID), and send it accordingly from their registered email address, and wait patiently for up to 72 hours for a response.

There have been many posts with which this was described, so I would ask that you please in the future do a forums search as such, and you will find most of the same information there posted from a GM, CL, or other such figure. I say this in an effort to remove the clutter from the repeated posts.

Granted, I fully understand them being upset(and you wanting things to work out well for them), but there are multiple topics to the same effect on the front page of the Fiesta Gen. Discussion. I also would like to say I hope everything gets worked out, for the best.

Thanks guys!
