Bought skills but didn't get them

I bought two skills (a passive archer skill and a mineral gather skill) in Rouman and didn't recive either one. The money left my account but nither of the skills showed up in my skill list. This also happened during a period of lag. Anyone help?

they show up as scrolls in your inventory first, then you have to right click on them to actually get them...just in case you didnt already do that...

Actually I did have that happen one time when I bought the skill for lix.
I purchased it and the money was taken but no scroll.
I just bought another because it really wasn't all that much but it did kind of irritate me at the time that it happened.

OKay so I am not imagining things! yesterday I purchased the mining skill in rumen. closed out all the windows, went to click on the scroll.........but the scroll was gone,a nd so was my money, all I had left was 189 gold :X

you have 189 gold and ur complaining about not getting the mining scroll? just buy another 1

I believe he means copper. I have been in since CB1 and never got close to 1 gold lol.
