I had the lost sole quest, so I was fighting Keblings and 4 times I was KS'd by Jookoy, of course I moaned at him and not once did he reply, which KSers normally do with the like of tough or what u gonna do about it. He just went on killing everything no matter who was fighting it, other people were complaining to him but he just went on. I whispered him on numerous occasions asking him to stop, with no response, he just kept on going. I stood in front of him as he was fighting so he could read the speech bubble, to no avail, he just kept on going. Not once did he respond to anything that was said even if it was just his name, not in English nor any other language. The other thing was, the mobs he was killing were far too low for him as they were not dropping anything, apart from the occasional item, it was like he had been there for a very long time.

Sounds like someone is leveling up his character for him.
I have seen that a lot lately.
That is one of the services that lvlgold sells.
You pay them and they pay some Chinese guy (or girl) to set around for endless hours leveling your character for you while you are working or doing something else.
The person that you were trying to chat with probably couldn't even read what you were typing.
Sorry that happened to you.

This was not a power leveler or if it was they are not very good at it. As I said they were fighting mobs that were way below there level, I know this as the mobs were not dropping anything for them, so they would be earning next to no exp, plus the power levelers secondary job is gold farming, which they would not be making any from it, as there were no drops. Lets just say for argument sake they were a power leveler, Outspark then need to have a close look at this person, as that is against the rules.
If someone talks to you and you don't understand you don't ignore them you say something even in your own language like "I don't understand" which you know they probably won't be able to understand but then again maybe they will.

I hate to say it, some people are just plain rude jerks.... Every game has it and no amount of asking them to stop will do any good. It is possible it was a leveling service (although a very bad one if it was from the sound of it), but more than likely it was just someone who wanted to be an ignorant jerk and, well, did it. Many many many people ks on here, and I wish they would make it so someone else cant attack what someone else has already hit, but until they do we just have to deal with it. Be "bigger" than them though and move to another spot, I do because most the time it's not worth the waste of time to ask them to stop over and over, if you ask once or twice and they continue, report or move on, sadly this is way too common and not much else you can do. Just dont stoop to their level because there are enough of them already.
