Apoline first capped player id blocked

Am posting on behalf of OoRuiNeDALoeoO, it seems that hes gotten his ID blocked, and as many other people who got block, theres no email regarding the reason of blocking. It seems that theres a trend of blocking high levels in apoline, I've got 5 friends including ruin whos block. O.O. I'll post at the help desk too i guess, but just to let every one know bout the weird trend of blocking apoline high lvls.

OutSpark doesn't block people for no reason. I'm sure it's only a "trend" because they're all doing something they ought not to be.

They've been ID Blocked out of randomness, it's happened to me before. If it's not out of randomness, then it's most likely related to "charge backs" for sparkcash. I suggest you all contact customer support for this issue, because this is not something a GM can help you with. ^^ CSR's are the best people to ask.

I've told every person who's asked me questions regarding being ID Blocked. I suggested all of them to simply submit a ticket to CSR's cause that's most likely going to be the only way they'll get anything xD

I've heard that there is still something crawling around in the servers that is randomly blocking people. In all honesty I think someone my have seccessfully hacked Fiesta and is blocking everyone the caps *shudders*

lol my alt got blocked and i think this would explain why considering I only make scrolls with her and she didn't do anything wrong (well she didn't really do anything but make scrolls) but since it was an alt i wasn't that mad.

I had the same problem you're all expriencing before but I in the other hand had both IG/FORUMS Blocked. LOL. It even said "BANNED" xD I instantly emailed CSR_Joket for support and this came in an email from tec support. ;D Hope this helps ya guys in anyway, cause I know it did for me.

ok now we found out the problem...[name removed] who topped sc for us..in real life he scammed people`s Credit card number and made transction in buying sc for us...i know its wrong to do so at first place..but all of us all being banned because of one [name removed] it is not worth..he buys CC no. from real life to scammed us..i am sure outspark will not receive further payment from him..so outspark, can we use our own credit card to pay for this? or u have another way to solve this global blocking

Man oh man.. I KNEW it had something to do with sparkcash. See you get ID Blocks most of the time when "Chargebacks" happen. Ouchies. But yea, as I've suggested.. Fill out the form, email them and in respond, they'll have you send them a check with a 7 day period before you completely get banned. =[..how do i know this? I've helped a friend retrieve their account when someone did them to them. ;D

Yes it is black listing. Please take this issue to Fiesta_Help. And also do what I did in the qoute of the post to yours.

Oh dear,
This message is to the OP, You have my condolences for dealing with an alleged unscrupulous individual who pretty much committed a felony according to US Federal laws and if the OP is aware of the issue and went along with it, the OP basically incriminated him or herself as an accessory to a felony :(. I wish you the best in resolving your personal issues but in the future it is best to deal with CSR's directly in regards to account issues. Heaven's forbid is an actual law enforcement official that actually plays Fiesta and decided to investigate such allegations irl and contact Outspark for their records which means more trouble for everyone involved. I do not recommend posting similar issues on the forums as no one on the forums posters and CLs alike can directly resolve issues such as this and it just makes you look... not good :(.

OK, here's the deal folks.

If your ID has been blocked for any reason you must contact the proper Outspark staff via emai at support@outspark.com or via submitted ticket (see signature below for link). Be sure to add your SPARKID, server, and when you first noticed this issue appear.

Remember, neither Outspark staff, GLs or CLs will EVER ask you for your password.

Since this gets into account maintenace/details it is not a permissible subject for the forums and therefor this thread is [CLOSED]
