Runtime Error

I bring up login ing type my info.
It takes me to my characters.
I click on one and it starts to load town.
then the screen goes white and says microsoft runtime error.
How can I get game to work ????

try reinstalling the game. do you have the net framework 2.0

I downloaded the new stuff when it told me to other day was not haveing any problems until this morning when i tried to play

delet all of it then try reinstalling it has helped some people

my friend had that prob as well. allthou for him the whol screen went white n then he had to shut off his comp. try swiching your graphics seting on the game but dont no if that will help for sure. cuse i dont no what u run it on or what sort of comp u have but workt for him.

also try restarting youre computer or pulling the main wire

i cannot seem to get this to install (fiesta ) gives me an error in reading the setup initialization page . i have downloaded this 2x now
what do i do since i have the .net framework?

Mine is while I have been playing. I suddenly get a run time error and the site closes down.
