After i log in

i am running vista and i have the outspark laucher dowloaded
but when i log in nothing happends

after i type my ID and pass, i select "play" and a window pops up but its gone beofer i have a chance to make out any words
then the lauchers closes and nothing happends

help!!

this has just started happening to me toooo....its not funny when my game crashes i get this error every time i try to re-log in so i have to restart my comp then log back in......dont know what its doing i tried look in the proccess and i dont see anything

I'm having the same problem. I wait for this game to download and it takes like 3 hours and then nothing happens? That isn't good...at all. I would like this fixed as well!

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?( DirectX 10 for you suckers that bought that garbage OS Vista)

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions will cause the game to NOT launch.

How do you know if it is not allowing it? How would you allow it anyway?

It will not let you know unless you set it to prompt you when something is trying to communicate with the web ( I.E. Fiesta). Change the settings. Turn it off once and see if you can get in then. If you can then you know it was blocking you.

There isn't anything that asks me if I should allow it. It just turns off and I've tried allowing it every way I could through the firewall, so I am assuming it isn't that.
