Well for one, you might want to remove the name from your post as its blacklisting, and 2 send your screenies to Fiesta_help via pm on the forums. You can upload the screenie through a site like webshots or tiny pic and then post it in your message.

Like Cel has said, the best thing you can do is basically submit a report about it to Fiesta Help (http://www.outspark.com/forums/member.php?u=2266552) . Might take a while for them to get back at you, but I'm sure they'll look over this issue.

I would also like to add something. Since you don't know how to upload the images I'm not sure if you know how to find them either. They're in the "My Documents" Folder. Sub Folder > "Fiesta". At least this is where mine default to. I'm not sure about others.
