Just follow what is said in these posts about the the recent compensation emails. I would believe the same would apply for the SoS compensation emails as well.
Do not worry if you see that other people are getting tuxes and you haven't. I haven't gotten mine either XD. (if I even get one)

I just noticed this thread. Please note that not all emails were sent out. more emails will be processed over the next 2 days so please don't assume that you're not included because your friend already got their email.

Another thing I am waiting to get clarification on from our marketing team is the question about your account settings and if you did not have the "get marketing emails" box checked, would that affect the email notification for this promotion.

As soon as I hear more about it i will let you know.
Make sure you go to 'my account' in the upper right hand corner of the page. Click on 'edit' then 'promotional material' and make sure the second box labeled 'Promotional Mail' is checked.

Consequently, threads asking about the tuxes will be closed from now on.

I think they're sending the emails in waves. Just keep checking. Also remember to check your spam box too.

i got one, but when i try to submit code nothing happens. i've tried it with being logged into game and not being logged into game, but either way when i press submit nothing happens

Have you tried a different browser such as firefox?
