email from outspark...boost bag..

i got an email from outspark..it says they will give me 7-days boost bag as an apology of the issues we encountered during the game..and they gave me a code and the redeem site..it was legit i think..it was www.outspark.com/redeem i entered the code and pressed redeem..it says enjoy ..etc.....but i cant find the boost bag anywhere..they said it will appear in my backpack..(in game) but i didnt get anything....could it be a hoax!
