redeem gift email

we all know that outspark had been dealing with a number of technical issues in the past few weeks ... therefore outspark send me an apologies email and send me a redeem code for a seven day black tuxedo/dress.
the problem is once i login an try to use the code it doesn't work out..
is it a fake email or what??

It is not a fake email, but have you tried using a different browser?

I had the same problem. The "submit" button isnt a button. (left click it, theres no option to follow a link)

What you need to do is press "enter/return" once you have typed the code in.

That should work.

i got the email but they sent it to my previous email address on their wbsite.
I e-mailed them to notify the change.

ive selected both Promotional and Marketing boxes.I didnt had Marketing selected.I think thats why i never got such e-mail.

Please note that we did not send the promo to everyone. the criteria was sent by marketing to select accounts. I am not sure what exactly is this criteria so please don't ask. If you did not get it then maybe your account was not part of the promotion.

I hope this helps alleviate the "waiting" for an email because the emails were sent already and this promo is over.
