Don't know if it ever been reported as I'venot been reading the bug reports.
Just finished a KQ, got my little chest for a successful KQ, clicked it and got a lucky elrue, was transported back to town and my lucky elrue had vanished to be replaced with the little chest again, this time when I clicked on it I got nothing but there was a message in the right hand chat box it read, An unidentified error code has occurred.: 1814
just glad it was just a lucky elrue I lost and not something worth anything.
