My first toon was trapped in EC (Tevra server) after asking the miner to go back to Rumen. I've made several toons since then, on both servers. If I have to delete her, I will, tho not happily.

Since I first posted this problem in the crash issues /troubleshooting forum (didn't see anything else that fit, and i had been getting "crash to desktop" as a result of the EC issue), i received an e-mail from "Support Account < Outspark" asking for permission to access my account to fix the issue. Asked for my account login info, saying they might need to reset my p/w, but they'd let me know. I replied with my username, but NOT my password, and said "sure, you have my permission to fix this problem".

That was day before yesterday. I didn't login yesterday at all. Today I log in as usual, am playing on the new Apoline server (a different toon) and get dumped from the server with a message ingame saying "multiple logins detected". When I tied to log back in, I got message that "username or password are incorrect". I retried several times before alarm bells went off in my head! I ran Norton virus scan, SpyAware, and a few other programs to search for a bug, virus or keylogger. Got nada. I went to website and asked them to reset p/w and they e-mailed me a link to reset p/w. Done this twice so far. It has happened twice now that I get the "incorrect username or password" message when it's been what I designated. In other words, someone keeps changing it on me!

I did ask for assistance from GM Kaalan a few minutes ago on the new server Apoline and was accused of having picked up a keylogger on some gold selling site! I both resent and refute this accusation!!!!!

Can someone here either confirm or deny the e-mail I received? Do I have to just give up on Fiesta?

LATE NOTE: Just got an e-mail from support that said they'd tried to fix the problem, but had no issues "on our end". So I guess it was a legit e-mail, they just didn't see me logged in when they went to fix it? Anyway, issue remains, no joy.

Still ticked off at GM Kaalan and his groupies for the accusation about the gold site crud . . . . .

LAST NOTE: They fixed it for me yesterday! Now my toon (and all her inventory) is again playable!! YAY!! Thanks guys, great job. Maybe just need to work on the communications aspect a bit?
