Where can I buy it... ???

She's near the exit out of Roumen.

You can buy whichever scroll skill you like. You can click on the left/right tabs down the bottom of the box to scroll through the available recipes that you can buy.

If you're just starting off Scroll making, you can only learn the 3 level zero skills, Power (Tier 1), Shield Increase (Tier 1) and Magic Defense(Tier 1).

No way to cheat ... that`s the real world ... and the game is too fast .. and easy so why you need cheats
