he woke up and try to login after about a week not online and suddenly his account got blocked...

and he cant login...
its like ur account...got blocked without any reason...u just woke up and blocked..isnt thats weird and morally down.. >.> didnt received any email either regarding the block or what so ever we can call

If his ID has been blocked he needs to personally contact support regarding the issue.
If he purchased sparkcash recently, the ban could have been do to a charge back.
