Remi's Rare finds issue

I just played Remis rare find and the page said that i got an item but nothing came up about an item but it took my sparkcash and gave me no item nor a credit to play again. Can someone please let me know what is happening?

you will have to go to support@outspark.com and let em no but did u look in your backpack anything u buy or win ends up there
