Fiesta_help is only for in-game issues.
Support@Outspark.com, or a Ticket:http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit, would be more appropriate for launcher issues.
Could you also be a bit more specific about your problem. "Fiesta don't work" isn't really a whole lot for us to work with.
And about the avatar thing, you can only choose from the lot that is provided in the Edit Avatar screen. Only Outspark Staff, CLs, and certain members of the Fiesta Magazine Staff can get custom avatars.
Also please don't multi-post. Click Edit and add in what you want to add. This makes it easier for people to read the posts.
