every time i try to get in a kq it tells me cant fine kindom quest. so how do i get in.

You have about .04 Nano-seconds to click participate and actually get in from the time it goes into recruitment.
You just got to be really fast at clicking.
They work fine for me. I get in about 75% of the time.

Easier way is to open the hourglass a minute or two before the quest. Pull out an analog watch, watch when the minute passes by and make a mental note of where your second hand was. Then you'll be prepared and can hit participate immediately after. I haven't missed a single KQ I tried yet :P
