I bought the horse but it said I need skillls 2 summon it how do i get the those skills?

Skill master ruby, purchase/learn the "ride/move" skill (i forgot which one it was called >_>)

Like Senovit said, buy the skill from Ruby.
I will cost 500c
Then you need flotation stones, up to 10 at a time.
They cost about 30c each and you have to feed then to horsey 1 at a time.
And it burns them real fast.
About the only time I use my horse is to escape some nimrod pullung a mob train.

The skill is called "Ride Mover" and the 20th lvl Horse( The Hobby Horse) doesn't use anywhere near the amount of energy the wooden horse does.The wooden version is a waste of money IMO. Just wait and get the better Hobby horse in Elderine.More bang for your buck.
