Well go figure the premuim bag still does not work. You can change pages now but te item's dont load so you still look at your first page. So once again i will not be able to use my premium items for another 2 to 3 weeks. I think I will just quit this game all together.

GO Outspark GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fail Fail Fail again.................

I don't think Outspark even fixes these problems, they send it to where ever the coding gets done.

GM fix text and report errors, someone else does the fixing. ^^;

It'll get done though, they've never failed us on that, right? :)

As for Outspark not being able to fix anything, usually the issue is that the person did not update their client properly. Outspark does the best it can so patience is a virtue.

ppl who is responding for announcement should be more customer oriented... if u said that maintenance will fix some problem then it should be fixed or at least u need to apologize and announce that some known problems not fixed yet

What did you pay with to get the sparkcash?

Did you receive a receipt confirming your order in your email inbox?

Did you download the latest version of the Fiesta client and patch it?

The premium item storage works fine for me. If you are still having problems after you've made sure you did everything you could, then you need to contact support@outspark.com.

There are only 3 CSRs and more than 70,000 users that play Fiesta. Outspark does its best to reply to everyone's email in the fastest way possible, however some emails may be tougher to resolve than others. So like I said, patience is a virtue.

Look everyone, I'm just as disappointed as all of you are in regard of the premium bags not working, but I'm sure they're probably trying to work something around this. Kinna does blow cause 1, I've been trying to change the look of my lil noob haha but obviously I can't access the 4th page of my premium pack where all my beauty coupons are.. so it does get really frustrating.. blehh I was hoping that with tonights maintenance that gets fixed.. but apparently it hasn't =/

I've never been screwed over because I would normally PM Fiesta_Help or contact support@outspark.com if I ever needed help and I got responses back within 2 days.

Also, you said that the premium items did show up in your premium bag inventory but were NOT working.

I hope these screenshots I just took prove that this system is indeed working....I bought a Pyramid House a few minutes ago (I needed a new mini-house):

I'm pretty sure if the first page works, then the second page should work too. If you can, try and activate the premium items you have on the first page so that the items on the second page will move up to the first page. The number of technical issues that Outspark has been encountering, I bet, are very difficult to resolve and I give credit to them for working hard.

I don't know much about business but I do not think it is that simple to hire someone on to their team. I can't say anything past that as I don't know what their business style is all about. I would imagine that a gaming company would take hiring very seriously so the process would not be simple.

They still have other bugs to fix so they work hard to track things down. Also, EVERY patch they release goes through severe checkup which means OnsonSoft (the developer) is contacted.

I give sympathy for your issue for I've had my own issues which gave me a hard time in playing Fiesta but an email response from support helped me solve that problem. Anyways, if anyone else has a resolution to this issue, please reply. :)

the second pages show a repeat of the first page i believe. The numbers on the bottom move, but the items remain unchanged. Clicking and activating items for the sake of getting to your other stuff is kinda ridiculous, and if they're timed... an utter waste.

Actually thank you for trying to help out windrider07 but you misunderstood why others who are not happy with accessing their premium items beyond page one. The main issue is, now you can scroll beyond page one of your premium items but the items itself did not reload up on new images, it basically still the first page of premium items. Here is my screenies to show a better example about what the people are not happy about. If you noticed as I flipped through the premium item pages, my cash shop items are exactly the same? Either I know how to perfectly rearrange my cash shop items in exactly the same way for 9 straight pages not to mention err having enough costumes for the next decade lol.

Well as least the GM's are still aware of this issue since they did not mention that today's maintenance resolved the issue with the premium items access glitch. As least I don't looka like a man to others anymore lol, so I'm guessing they're working to resolve one issue at a time as quickly as possible.

is it REALLY neccesarely that they promote to use the spark cash items during events when people simple can not access them? I really feel insulted when they do that.

or add new items and advertise that the cashop has new items.. uh ok nice thnx i be pleased f you tell me i can use the items ai allready paid for first plz kthnx bai

Ah! Well, thanks for clearing the issue up! Hmm, yea...I guess this really is an issue. I say that because I've never encountered it before but I give sympathy to those who do. In the meantime, I do wish the best of luck to Outspark in managing future patches and hopefully fixing this one up.

Oh and also....no one knows how many people have had this issue and maybe this issue is not a priority (I said maybe) simply because they want new people to come to check the premium items out. Some people don't use up their whole first page of their premium item inventory so it's not that big of a deal. I'm sure Outspark manages which bugs needs priority fixing and which don't and I'm sure they work their hardest in fixing the issues as fast as they can.

It takes a while for me (Probably just like 15 seconds) but it may be different for you.

It's common sense, they just had a patch a day ago. They realise that there are still some errors. They aren't going to fix them until they find out what's wrong. So wait until next patch.

If something is still wrong then, then you can complain all you want.

I agreed with what you said! They released the Fall items last week and promote it but have not time to do the maintenance for that week........

even if we buy it, I'm still unable to use it because it's located in a cyberspace now!!!

I felt that they should announce it after their maintenance about the premium pages issue still not solve and is working their best to solve it BUT I have not seen any apology note or information at all till today, I'm kind of upset about all this, not because I can't use my sc items. I'm upset about the way they handle this. Not professional at all.:(

Windrider as much as you're trying to help the situation, you're only frustrating people more because you're talking about things you don't know about. Even if you didn't know or not, still... just let it be.

These people paid real money to have on-demand access to their items, and when they buy an item, and are then forced to use other ones they don't want to in order to obtain the ones they do... that's not really in-demand, nor is it what they paid for.

Does this effect me? No. I've got like 6 things in my Prem bag.

For people paying really this much money for things they can't have now... I'd be pissed, too.

Of course I wouldn't just walk away, because then it'd be a waste of money, but I think I wouldn't ever spend money again like that because of the chance it would happen again.

If you mess with other people's real money, you're gonna get the other end of it.

It's as simple as that.

Wow. Hmmm.... I had this big long post planned out in my head, but decided, meh, it is not worth it. All as already been said in here.

To those paying money, this "glitch" is huge to them. If you are not affected by it, then you do NOT understand the actual frustration.

Remi's also sucked me in, but I have spent my last dime in Remi's, due to this.

And the fact that this has taken so long, when we have already been patient, just adds fuel to the fire.

As much as I love the cash shop, this has made me rethink how much I spend and when I spend it. One customer may not make that much of a difference to Outspark, but at least I have learned my lesson, and it will be less money that Outspark will be getting from me.

To make the whole situation worse for those affected by this, they are constantly promoting their new products - WHICH we cannot access - not only in the forums, but Constantly in-game. It is a constant reminder that only seems to **** me off everytime it comes up on my screen.

So yeah, we are upset and we have every right to be.

Anything that has to do with the in-game work is Onson. It's all development. Outspark is only a publishing company so we work on the service side (promoting events, running the store, customer service). Anything related to patches or content is all Onson.

Umm. I believe Silky just informed us that its not OutSparks fault. Its OnsOn's. I'm sure the GMs and CLs and everyone that works for OutSpark would love to be able to use pages 2-9 for their items.

Ok, I wrote before Silkipico was posted. However, we still have customer service. I think maybe they should be asking, what can we do to make this right to our customers. I think some compensation would be in order. That would make it a easier pill to swallow for me anyway. Say like 30 day teva for every page that we can't get to, or how about asking the customers what can be done to make this not so frustrating.

I think you have to re-read my statement above yours.

Everything that goes into the game, must be tested beforehand. You have to know the procedures of how things are developed and then produced. I don't expect you to know these things. The only thing you need to understand is that things take time and sometimes it takes longer than predicted. Just because people live different lives inside Fiesta, does not mean that the people working on it have superhuman powers to fixed every last detail.

What tuxes, oh yeah... well I don't see them. That was for the lag and disconnect and went to everyone. Nothing has been done for the customers that have paid for items they can get to.
It has been almost a year since I started playing this game and I have been a big supporter of the game with my dollars. I really enjoyed the game and it helped me learn how to deal with the bordom of becoming disabled and housebound however am not entertained any more. It has brought me more frustration that joy for some time now and I don't know if that can ever be compensated for but I would like to think that outspark thinks enough of their good paying customers to at least try.

What good is this compensation for those of us that cannot access the extra pages to actually get to the free tux, or for those like me that received 1000 SC and 1 free try at Remi's? When no matter what Remi's free spin gives me or what I buy with that 1000 SC, I still CANNOT get to it. They gave us something free that we cannot get to. You have to understand the frustration. I would rather of them kept the compensation and had access to my BoT and other stuff.

We realize they are working on it. But the fact is, it has already been over two weeks, they already have our money, and now we are going to have to wait until the end of the month at the earliest.

i believe we can survive a week without gaming.. as long as u guys can get everything back normal and proper.. it's worth the wait..

I have been affected by the one page inventory thing, all I can say is that outspark are losing out because of this. I havent spent a penny in c/s since i cant access what i buy since the patch. I would normally spend around $25 a week so thats a $75 loss for them, but a saving for me. There are many more people on this thread who, i assume, are also not spending any irl money since the patch. There must also be more people who either dont contribute to the forums or dont visit the forums that are also experiencing the same thing. All of that more than likely makes up for a large proportion of outsparks profits. I too am tired of the lack of customer service. I have been affected rather a lot by their recent problems, yet I am one of those people who still have not recieved my apolgy e-mail with compensation. The only consolation for me at this time is that I know outspark must be experiencing quite a large drop in their profits, and also must be frustrated as we are because onson or whatever they called are slow at resolving such issues. I have a little experience in programing and I know whilst its not as easy as some people think to locate what exactly is causing this problem, its also not that hard. Or to put it another way, it really shouldn't take this long to fix. I think something as small as this should not take longer than 3 days to fix.

To end, on this occation I do feel some sympathy with outspark. I hope for their sake that they are pressing for more urgent action on such issues before everyone gets tired of it and opts to spend their hard earned cash else where

You missed it where the GM said that OnsOnSoft (located in Korea) does everything that fixes the game.

It doesn't matter how long OutSpark shuts off the servers, OnsOnSoft will still have the power to decide when to fix things, and what to fix.

Here's how it goes:

OnsOnSoft releases data

Data corrupts (bugs) other data

We find the bugs

GMs collect and send bug reports to OnsOnSoft

OnsOnSoft fixes data in a patch, sends the patch to OutSpark

OutSpark shuts off everything to implement it. :)

As for shutting down the servers, that's a horrible idea.

OutSpark has to pay a royalty to OnsOnSoft for the cash shop every month.

If they shut everything off, then that means no one is buying anything, and that means quota not met, and I'm sure that's legal infractions or more fines/fees...

We don't want that happening, now do we? ._.

Also this bug is only effecting the people who have OVER 9000 things in their inventory.

I'm an advocate of those people, because that's obviously a lot of money spent, and I believe they should have access to it... but I also realize that if OutSpark wants to keep advertising new products, they're still going to have to keep making so much money a month or else those pesky legalities could come into effect. D:

Because the code they got from OnsOnSoft is actually the entire patch. They can't get a patch, then pick through it, and decide "Oh... well looks like we should put this one in there, but not that one guys... ok? :D"

No.

If they were to revert, then everything goes back to the way it was two patches ago.

Also they have access to:

Price of SparkCash
What items are in the store

Other than that, they have to request to have new items, to make them last 7 days, 30 days, permanent or not...

It's all from the developmental side...

The coding for clicking the button to change your page, which changes not only the numerical value seen under the button, but also changes to which items correspond with that numerical value is written in the coding... not what OutSpark has control of. It's just like any of the other pages of inventory.

To sum it up, anything you see happen in game is OnsOnSoft's part. The cash shop (which originated only in the browser) is OutSpark.

Well in reply to my original post, regardless of whatever issues that may plague Fiesta at this moment they will continue to advertise the sales of new cash shop items as it is their main source of income in paying for the expenses one runs up for hosting an online game.

But in my case, regardless of how much I really wanted to buy a newly released costume I am aware that I have over one page of premium items so I can not access it without waiting real life months as I slowly use up the items on page one or be wasteful and dump all the items on page one to get to page two. I just resisted buying anything new because I am aware that I can not use it whenever I wish to. It is a lost income for Outspark and they are painfully aware of the issue, I sympathize with Outspark in the fact that they do not have the power to correct the coding but outsourced to On Ons Soft instead to fix it.

For example, I used to work in food service industry. Outspark would be like the waiter/waitress while On Ons Soft is the cook, we the player are the costumers. Let's say the costumer asked Outspark that we want our steak well done and the food served quickly as we are trying to catch a movie in less than an hour. Outspark takes the order from the costumer, hands the order to On Ons Soft to get their orders ready. 10 minutes later the costumers are complaining to the waiter ie Outspark that they need there food now! The waiter goes to the cook and asked if they could have their order of steaks done as quick as possible. As usual since the cook is not directly pressured by the costumers they would retort a canned response such as "you want the steak quick of good?" to the waiter. Now the waiter is faced with a big issue. Should the waiter announce that the food will take longer to cook and most likely get yelled at again by the costumers or should the waiter pressure the cook to bring out the food before it's well done and hope the customers would not complain that the steaks are medium rare, not what they wanted so the customers would send it back or yell at the waiter some more, if not outright walking out the restaurant due to bad service.

I did not like being yelled at myself at work by disgruntled customers but in my previous story Outspark is faced with an issue that they could bring in quicker patches that is untested which solves one glitch but may create another glitch or they take more time before releasing the patches but face the issue of taking too long and losing their current regular patrons. I think that right now they are trying to focus on implementing better patches over a longer period of time instead of sending in quick jury rigged patches that may create more issues later on. Most likely they may lose some long time patrons but they are hoping in the long run to bring out better quality patches so they may recruit and retain newer players over time.

If you can, try and activate the premium items you have on the first page so that the items on the second page will move up to the first page. I'm not looking for compensation, I just want it fixed. I have already pulled stuff off the page and tied up my already limited inventory storage just to be able to access a new BoT.

And, let me point out, for my premium page, this is the second time I have had to do that. When the Earth Day potion got hosed and they were suppose to change all green potions to red potions they hosed mine up and I was forced to pull stuff out then also. That time I used up all my Christmas outfits I was saving for this Christmas (since Outspark tends to release the event item only a day or two before an event and i would prefer to wear my Christmas outfit the month leading up to Christmas and not the month following Christmas - but that doesn;t really matter since the last glitch hosed that plan for me and I had girls in Christmas outfits in June).

I have three pages full with stuff the first one filled with 30 day items, im happy for you that you where able to buy these items with that nice 50% off... but you know what? i would have loved to benefit from that as well.. but i cant... because i cant use up the items i want to use up.

i have red eyes in my inventory and gold nines.. they useless for me cus i cant get to the blue eyes i need to buy so they are cluttering up my normal inventory as well..

aside of that i can not access the extra storage boxes i use monthly where am i going to put my items? i can not take them out of storage cause i wont be able to put them back in..

its far more complicated then just not being able to use that critical suit at the last page.

Fix it to start, then give the ability to move the items around, that way they can buy something and put it on the first page.

First, I hope you get your two day reply. The premium bag issue happened with the full launcher patch. I waited a few days to see if anything would come out (hoped for a quick emergency patch) but nothing happened so on Friday, Sept. 5 I submitted a ticket to support. They responded to me on Thursday, Sept. 11 that they had my ticket & someone would reply in 24-48 hours. 54 hours later they responded to tell me they knew about the problem and were closing my trouble ticket.

NOT that the trouble was resolved or would be soon, just that they knew about it and closed my ticket. Now, to me, that is fudging numbers for their "C" level officer. They can show tickets closed in X amount of time and that looks good on paper, but in reality they have not fixed a damn thing and that ticket should remain an open ticket until my problem with the premium bag is completely resolved. But then that would make them look bad to the C-Level officers of their corporation.

Second, don't continue to spout crap you really don't know. You say "I'm sure Outspark will compensate for your premium items that were past the first page." How the hell can you be so sure of this? Are you aware that there are many people who never got the compensation e-mail due to the lag and logon issues caused by the server move? And were you aware that CSR_Jokers response (http://www.outspark.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1148508&postcount=10) was that if they had not received the e-mail already then they will not receive that compensation?

Apparently you were not aware or you would not say you are so sure of anything regarding what Outspark will do!

Ok, they claim they can't fix the problem. The email token gifts were a bust because not everyone had the settings on their account to receive emails and not everyone that did get them had bought sparkcash and that p.o.ed the ones that paid out their money. And in my opinion it was too little too late anyway. So what now. I am thinking what can they do to make me happy? I can't think of anything they can do at this point for me. How about it, what is your opinion as to what they can do that will make the wait let frustrating and to make very dissatisfied customers come back to buy again?

Just fix the problem, and keep adding content wether or not it be by the cash shop or not, and I think tht will make people happy to be honest. Since there is obviously a mind-set of "I want it now" by a majority of users (yes, I'll be flamed), then I can see them once this is resolved, a few months down the road of everything going perfectly, back to the way they used to be.

I know the engineering team and OnsOn are working very hard to fix this bug. And it will get fixed, there is a light at the end of the tunnel...I know how hard it is to sit back and just wait for a fix when you are angry, frustrated...I know how hard it is to see that everything will work itself out in the end.

Anyways, we are a highly adaptive species (to the point of determinism) as our history has shown. May I make a suggestion to avoid things like this in the future, to adapt to the current situation?

Until this bug has been fixed, buy items only if you know you are going to use them in the near future, like a week into the future.

Do you really need to buy $100 dollars of miles, perfects...or tons of BoT's or whatever?

I realize that what has been purchased already you can't do anything about...but there is a workaround for now...the first page works as far as I know, so don't buy so far in advance.

i know of at least one announcement where they told you to "stock up while you can" when dealing with a sale. So we stock up and then we have loads of items. Remis rare find also helps accumulate a load of items.

Yes, we could work around the issue, IF, and that is a big if, we did not already have multiple pages of items in our premium bag. What both of you are saying is fine for those who have nothing or only one or two items in their premium bag to begin with. The irritation is that three pages of premium items are suppose to be available, so if we want to but items while they are on sale to save for the future we should be able to and still be able to get to the second to the third page to access the newer purchases for immediate use.

Telling us to not buy more than one page worth at this point is like saying don't play with matches as you put out the house fire - it's just a little too late. Now had you two told us this six, twelve or twenty-seven weeks ago that would be fine, then we would be the idiots for having bought enough to fill two or three pages knowing that we can't get to it to use it.

But consider also, does Outspark really want everyone to adopt a policy of never buying more than page one can accommodate? I wouldn't think so, but the lack of priority that seems to have been placed on this issue indicated they really don't care if we "adapt" o the situation and adopt that policy.

@ Loki - All tickets sent back to anyone are always stamped Closed... I dunno why, but they are.

Everyone notice the icon change for the swimsuits? Yeah that was my doing. I sent in a ticket saying I bought the wrong suit because I saw the tattoo in the icon for the Summer set instead of reading the announcement.

The first responce I got back was almost 4 days later, and he asked for more information, but the ticket was still stamped closed.

I'd also think that your specific issue is closed, not the whole subject.

There have been emergency patches in the past to fix other issues so I have to assume there is a clause in the agreement between Outspark and OnsOn. What constitutes an emergency warranting execution of this process to have something patched as a priority? And if the premium bag worked before, bugged out before and was resolved before then why does it take three, going on four weeks to patch it this time?

Have you actually read all the posts here? I think one person referenced having stocked up on miles while more people commented on stocking up on other items. I myself referenced the fact that I stocked up on event outfits so that I could use them before the holiday they go with rather than after that holiday. Additionally, several people commented on Remi items. You don't get too many options on Remi other than "Cool, I'll keep that to use later" or "Crud, I can't use that, gimme a credit". So if Remi gave several good items (which in my case I do have several Remi outfits, a couple of Earth Dragons, a couple of Pegasus and some 30 day houses) then your premium might have a large assortment of items filling the first page or two. So please stop using miles as your example just because excessive miles in the premium bag makes your point. Use holiday outfits being saved for future holidays and good movers being saved for the future.

And again, where does Outspark say "Be a Smart Consumer and Remember to Never Buy More Than Page One of the Premium Bag"?

They don't - they want us to buy (or they acted like they did in the past, not so much these days.)

As for reading enough already , People buy a lot because there are sales , like dragon packs , vday packs, etc they bought them cause they popped up and might go away again, The swimsuits that they advertise like every half hour, are half off and people will buy a lot just so they don't have to pay full price for them if they ever want them again.

Those people not affected by the bug can buy and launch a new BoT today and save themselves lost exp if they die - those of us affected by it cannot buy a new BoT and launch it today so that affects our interest in even logging in, not to mention even thinking of buying anything.

Their job of support is managed through the support@outspark process, not through the posts of the masses in the forums. There are too many users, not to mention the fact that (and let me call it stupid fact) that there are multiple games being addressed in this forum. Yes, each has it's own sub-forum, but in the "new post" request you get posts for all games represented. So, no, support does not sit and read all 10, much less all 10,000 (or more) posts per day.

heh... who is onson? i dont know them... i paid outspark for my items i cant get...
and i dont care who is responsible for these bugs - i'm a customer and i want the service for which i paid real money... and i paid these money to outspark... and that's why i complainting to outspark not to onson
it is outspark's problem to deliver our problems to onson and require emergency updates

i read suggestions from Poison... yeah, anyway thank you for responds... but... i still cant see any announcement about that.. and ppl still buying/winning items that they cant use...

some ppl here said something about compensation (btw i didnt received mail with tux/sparc cash code)
and i agree that we dont need any compensation - i have premium suits and houses (which i won in remi's game) for about 6-8 month - we just want to use our items
and what compensation could be acceptable for them of us who cant use neccessary items at this time like a bless of teva/extenders/stones...

and again...
pls dont use announcement only for new cash shop items...

Well go figure the premuim bag still does not work. You can change pages now but te item's dont load so you still look at your first page. So once again i will not be able to use my premium items for another 2 to 3 weeks. I think I will just quit this game all together.

1. I have 2 page of inventory that i can't access because i can't put it in my locker, i can only carry the items in my inventory if i remove them from my premie bag. I can't access the premie bag because it's not fixed. I can't replace some of the items i use lots of because i wouldn't be able to access them.

2, Outspark offered apologies and compensation to some of it's users. I was not one of them. I feel ignored, unimportant, and slighted. I do not need the items, but i (like most people) do not like to fee excluded.

3. Outspark has not seen fit to acknowledge their liability in this. They've chosen to remain intrested in pretending that nothing is wrong. If i wanted to see an ostrich bury it's head in the sand i'd go to the zoo. This is a business, you've promoted more than you can or will deliver, and just as i would be with ANY business who used these tactics, i'm angry.

4. I'm annoyed that they tell us how there are other "more pressing" issues, and that this bug will be fixed "sometime". Anyone know what bug they're talking about? Or what "issue" they think is more important than good customer service? The first rule of business is to know who pays your bills. The answer to that is, it's those people who buy your premium value-added items. Tons of customers make this game successful, they're all important, but selling something you don't support should be a high priority i would think. Maybe that's just me.

5. Optimism vs Flaming has nothing to do with my legitimate issues. I'm an optimistic person, but this is a poorly run business from my perspective. There will be no law suits over this or anything else Outspark does, and it's niave to think that there would be. The only fallout that Outspart will receive is bad word of mouth advertising. Hopefully prospective players will read our rants, and be forewarned. Hopefully we'll find a game we like as well or better, and learn our lesson to NOT spend any money with companies that cannot or will not support it's community of players.

I know they are going to be losig money on this.. for a fact im sure they are going to be losing oney on this because I have lost my intrest in spending money in the cash shop... I willonly buy the items i rly rly want/need and thats it... then i wont have the luxury problem anymore that i have now...

100% Agree. Maybe Outspark was trying to prove that they dont favour sparkcash users by making us all annoyed. /sacasm.

Point 3 - I couldnt agree more. So at least half of us was never "apologised" to... (no compensation emails) and we're told to "accept this fact, enjoy the game". So that's how you say your sorrys, to only selected people on some imaginary / unexplainable list, and hope that the rest of us will just say "oh well nvm".

Do they want us to keep charging up our sparkcash or not? Coz I think they're making things worse.

That in there lies the contradiction. To release patches quickly means you get more bugs. To reduce the number of bugs means it will take longer to release...which would you choose?

I feel the pain of exactly what you are talking about, the amount of things that they fail to handle correctly are making me become more and more turned off to putting up with them. And I think I've decided that if they don't finally fix that blues which they have put off for a month now, I will be finding a new place to spend my money. P2P MMOs can come out with patches for bugs just days after they are found, even the smaller ones, why can't outspark do the same?

I guess I'll go find some place to spend my 10 bucks a month somewhere else if they chose to keep ignoring us.

No i dont think I will be happier because its not the money that i spend that makes me feel unhappy neither is it where i spend it.

I dont know why you think you can tell me what makes me feel happier but you obviously do not know much about me, I do not spend money that i can not spend. if i wnated to spend money in ETF or a capital appreciation mutual fund then dont you think i would have done so?

stop trying to think for other people.. I am doing fine by myself. If I need any recommendations on how to spend my money I will ask those* that have more knowledge about my intrests, life style and the ammount of money that i do have to spend. (*my personal financial advisors)

What i do like is to find out that the money i have spend on a game to extend my gaming experience, that i can actualy use the items that i have paid for.. THAT will make me happier :) not spending my money elsewhere. I am just simply just not supporting a company with money when they obviously do not know how to deal with customers. That is why i will not spend as much anymore as i have in the past.

( i am not talking about 10 $ a month here altho those customers should not be forgotten either, I have spend hundreds of dollars here in the past few months and im not asking about free gaming content to be fixed either. Just simply to get delivered what i paid for and not being insulted by gms who reccomend items i can not access....)

quickly doesn't mean that they should make new releases every day.... but we dont want to wait for a months
i came to the conclusion that only 1-2 developers working on this game... and they are sharing this game developing with some other projects...

btw... today is the day when blue removing was proposed... hope i'll see announcement about delay...
so if it will be postponed too... and probably will be fixed in the end of next month?
it's simply ridiculous! developers need 1 month to write sql-command to delete all 70 kq blues which created after 22-Aug...

Rather than posting another reply to this thread you should stroll on over to the Onson website and post there instead. Let them know just what you think of their reaction time to bugs and the quality of their patches.

Outspark as a company haven't done anything wrong over the last 4 weeks. The customer service department however has indeed dropped the ball. Some sort of apology is the least that is deserved and compensation would also be highly appropriate.

Perhaps 10% of the sparkcash value of unobtainable items. That way, once the bug is fixed, all the people affected will have a nice tasty lump sum of sparkcash to enjoy.

Look after your customers, cos they look after you.

The reason why we're not being "looked after" is because they kept pushing the responsibility to someone else.

Whether it's between Publishers and Developers or within Outspark itself.

It appears to me that Outspark is trying to pawn off the responsiblity off and ignoring the problem as much as possible in the hopes it will all go away. The are playing the waiting game knowing that in time people will calm down and once it is fixed they will start spending again just like before. That won't happen in my case. I used to play every day and as many hours as I could. Since the lvl cap download and the start of all the problems I didn't play for a few days to try and give them time to fix all the bugs. I came back to even more problems and bugs including the inventory bug. I sent a email about the inventory problem not knowing that it was a bug everyone was having and it was ignored for a full week before I finally got a response. This whole experience in the last month has really left a sour taste in my mouth for fiesta and I have probably played a total of 5 hour since and have lost my love for fiesta. I am retiring for a while to see if Fiesta is ever going to get their act together and even if I do return I won't ever spend my hard earned money on this site like I have for the last 11 months. I realize they will survive without me but if this is how they treat their customers I wonder just how many more are stepping back with their fiancial support also.

cus now i got half all my inventories on all my chars fille dup with items i dont wnan use yet cus i allready have 30 day items activated...


all that just so i could get to my teva on page 3.. cus dieing at lvl 8x costs a lot of exp and is hard to get back as a cleric.....

so yeah... free iron case for those affected and the items to be put back in the spark cash bag would be ncie so i have my inventory back at least :/ after its fixed...

What evidence makes him a liar? I've had similar experiences and got the same (ever much more nicely put) tough luck speech. No explanation necessary, not even a "sorry" just an "oh well." CSR's are people too, and can be just as rude as the rest of us. Names could be posted, but that would be Blacklisting.
