I don't know, but I went with 2 handed sword. It has less crit and damage than 2 handed axe but more aim. One handed sword has les crit and damage than both though... it does although have more aim. The 2 handed sword is in the middle. That help any?

Each weapon has it's own advantages and disadvantages and are used for different styles of play. Generally, the CB players decided that the 1-handed sword and shield was the best option (there were a lot of tanking specialists) but make the decision for youself. I personally used a 2-h sword because I used certain skill combos that worked with it (lower the mobs def then use a powerful strike to deal massive damage). Just so you know the 2-h weapon's striking skill (forget what it's called) is a good bit more powerful then "slice n' dice."

Basically:

1-h sword and shield ->tanking, best aim, PvE

2-h sword -> faster dps weapon, high aim, all around

2-h axe -> powerful dps weapon, low aim, PvP

I put aim in there because it actually starts to matter towards the end of a weapons life-span (say lvl 29 for the lvl 20 weapon).
