A note from the Author, please read: (lol:p)
Okay, first things first, this is an actual character stories thread. The thought came to me that, we are still in the beta, the game is still relitivly new... Then I thought "Hey, all of us noobs right now in the beta will be legends when the full game is released!" so this brought to my attention that, our characters NEED STORIES!:D (or at least I think they do!)
So ANYBODY who agrees with me, post a story of your own in this thread about how your character came to be, or a noble quest he must go on (also, and I stress this, DO NOT feel confined by the game, go above and beyond! Your story doesn't have to center around the game, it can if you want it to though), it doesn't have to be a long, full size novel, and it doesn't have to be a short one sentence phrase either! It can be anything, chapters or not!
Also, one last thing. If this thread DOES get up and running, many of our stories may consist of multiple chapters/parts. I am not in any way against this, but when posting a multiple chapter story seperately, please write the title at the top, and the chapter/part number. This is because there may be other stories in between your chapters. Thx!
*clears throat* okay then, I'll start with my prologue, shorter than most of my chapters, everybody, write your own story to!

(~)The Origin of Moonlight(~)
Book One: The Apprentices
Prologue:
In the begging, there was darkness, all dark and no light, an eternal prison for those lost, and those never to be found. Only one sound could be heard, the heavy breathing of a woman and only one feeling could be felt, the wind rushing past you.
"Don't open your eyes..." the woman panted.”Don't open them." The raging sound of a fierce beast rang through out the dark. It continued on for several more minutes, until there was a sharp jolt right, and all movement stopped. The woman continued panting and began to sing a song, a sad song, but happy.
"Baby, Baby, the Moon comes down for you, the moon comes down for you. Baby, Baby, the world comes down for you. Close your eyes, and close your mind, the power comes down with you..."
Through blurry eyes, the baby girl finally had a glimpse of her home and her mother for the last time. Her mother continued to sing, as she lowered the baby into a cradle like stone.
"Through the stars you will go, far away to lands unknown, with just one chance to complete the task bestowed upon you." The mother looked high up into the sky "Zar Cee, I call upon you..."
The sound of the raging beast returned, but now the baby could see it for what it was, and make a grave mistake. She looked into its eyes, its raging red eyes, and she changed in ways unknown. The demon grew closer, towards the mother, and lifted one of its mighty arms, a foul and vorpal blade in hand. The mother turned her head, in time to get violently thrown to the ground. Her skin grew pale, the force was so great.
The baby erupted into tears as the creature grew closer, one great step after the other. Again, the beast raised its blade, no mercy showed in his figure.
"Kavarda!"
The stone cradle flew into the sky; an explosion had sent it far away. The demon, angered more than before turned back and glared at the smiling mother, her arm outstretched, it limply dropped to the ground. The demon howled in distraught and glanced at the sky, he could still see the cradle going up, away. Determined, it crouched down, and jumped to an inhuman height.
Both beings, baby and monster escaped, but the mother, had not.
