i need help with the launcher,please help!

i put in my password and username,but when i click play,something white flashes across the screne then after that the launcher goes away and nothing happens......please tell me every possible way to fix it!

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.
