Not Starting

I just created an account, and when i push play, it doesn't start. Please help. The play screen flashes and then disappears.

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.

I don't really know lol, i don't know what i have on this computer. And yes, I did allow the game through the firewall.

I only have pentium III, I don't know what a graphics card is, and I only have 384 MB of RAM.

System requirements are listed on the download page. It appears you don't have enough Ram.Probably don't meet graphics card req's either. I would have to know what card it was to tell you though.To find out go to "Start" click "Run" and type in dxdiag. Click display tab and look at top left to see the "Device" that will be your graphics card. dxdiag gives you almost all of the info,specs,etc. for your comp.
