Skill Empowerment

Ok i need to know this. If i put a skill empowerment on fire bolt 1 will it still apply to fire bolt 2 or would i have to use different skill empowerments to upgrade that?

nope, it works for both 1 and 2

If you empower a skill, then it'll work for the entire spell tree. So if you empower the cooldown time of the magic missile at level 1, it'll be effective on the higher levels without having to empower it again.
