omg! my brothers account wont let him log in!i need gm please....

when my brother loggs in to his account..first... you know where the servers are ussally? well it says there when he loggs in..."you id has been blocked" what is that exsposed to meen?if it meens he got banned or suspenned....he doesnt do anything wrong on there he trains and talks to his friend because i watch him play....ALOT but if u can help my brother thank you ill be checking up on this fourm but ill make surwe he keeps trying to logging in tommorrow mayb it was just a suspention idk

Your brother needs to personally contact Support about this issue.
A banned account is a private matter between himself and Outspark.

He needs to either submit a ticket:http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit
Or send an Email to Support@Outspark.com

He may also want to check his email, sometimes there will be an email stating why the account has been banned.

Since this is a private matter I'm going to Close this.
