Hey my nickname is vampiregirl and every time i click play it shows the boarder of something and disappears then the thing were i type my nickname and passworde disappears!!!Can you help me?:confused:

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.

Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?

Vid card drivers up to date?

Meet minimum requirements?


Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.
