i ll assume what u mean is the t3 shield learning scroll (recipe).
it s a mob drop and dungeon mobs drop it. i got mine in abyss 40-49. besides that, u can buy from other players for 50s - 300s. dont buy it with more than 300s coz it doesnt worth that much as it s not as rare as t2 shield scroll recipe.
