help i was jailed and i went onto my alt then i got banned wat is up with that? i sent a message to the outspark company they haven't replied whay can i do:confused::confused::confused::confused::confuse d::confused:

You will have to wait till Outspark replies to your message. That can take between 24 and 48 hours as they always say. Though they don't work at the weekend so wait till Monday/Tuesday.

What'd you do to get jailed LOL were you botting or making problems.
They should unban you asa you promise to stop and ACTULLY do stop whatever you were doing that was making the GM's mad at you lol.
Just pm one of the GM's they should reply in a day or two they get A LOT of messages. :):p

the outspark staff never bans people without just cause. Check your email, there should be something there.

there is something in my email it says the wrong offenses but i replied to their email and apoligised and i am still waiting!

Banning can be from allot of reasons:
1. Buying gold from Gold spammers
2. attempting to sell Premium Items
3. Using Foul/Bad Language
4. Offending other players in any way!
5. Kill Staling (KSing)/(KS)
6. Items Stealing (IS)
7. You have been reported for any bad behaviour from 2 or more players.
8. Spamming
9. KQ Leeching
these are the posible resons, and the GM's wont ban anyone for no reason and they have a record of an y progress you did lately and if it matches the complaints of others and you will be banned for sure.
give them 24 to 48 Hourse they will answer you ASAP, and as you already have recieved their e-mail keep in touch with them by this e-mail.

Apologizing won't get you out of your punishment. You either have to serve the time allotted for your punishment, or move on if you were Perma-banned.
Discussions about user Bans or Jailtime are not encouraged on the forums. This is a private matter between yourself and Outspark. For this reason I must close this thread.
Keep in mind that it is the Weekend, and Outspark is swamped with Emails/Tickets/etc, so it could take some time for them to get back to you.

Staff impersonation in our games is a bannable offense. There's not much more to say. The email explanation was clear and the screenshots we have to prove it are clear.
