HELP IM NEW. Im realy starting to hate this game!!

i have it downloaded and instaled. and i can log in but when i get to the server slect it shows the 2 servers in good condition but i cant get in the sever and if i try to quit that wont work ether. i have to end task to get out!!!!Help
