Skills??

Hello~
Just want to ask, how do I learn those Spell scroll, Material Decomposition, Recipe, etc.... skills~
I mean, I've bought the skill scroll, but everyone just says that the selected skill cound not be learnt....
How to I learn it?

Press k, open your production skills, a tab should pop up to the left. You can only pick 2 of those to learn. Once you learn one (say, potion making), you can then use the potion making scroll to learn the skill itself.

As far as I know, the two you pick are permanent. But I might be wrong o.o
