My Skill Cooltime stuck

My skill Resist[01] is stuck =(

During a KQ I accidentally put 5 empower points into it (when trying to add to Revive[01]), and the cooltime became 6.0 Seconds (-36.0 Seconds) and the cooldown just stuck in the middle.

Now I can't cast it anymore >< Because when I use the skill, a system message "Cannot use skill yet." will pop out.

Is there any way to fix this?

I'd suggest relogging. Sometimes my spells have been unuseable in the same manner but a relog usually clears it up.

I've tried re-logging and even restarting my comp, but it doesn't work =(
