C++ Exception

When I bring up the launcher it comes up with a prompt that says "OutsparkLauncherNavigate: Unknown C++ Exception". If I click ok another prompt comes up that says "OutsparkLauncherNavigate: Unknown C++ ExceptionC:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\rb\launcherrb:18in`navigat e' C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\rb\launcherrb:18". Clicking ok causes the launcher to close out. If I try to bring up the launcher again immediately afterward none of those prompts appears and I can log in just fine.

This is going to be stupid of me but do you have DirectX 9.0c installed? I know nothing about C++ but I'm fishing to see if I can figure out what may be causing that. What kind of computer specs do you have?

I do have DirectX 9 installed. I find it really weird though that just letting it close itself out and bringing it up again works just fine.

well, it might just be amessed up thingie o n your computer, my dad is trying to teach me a bit about programming

its probably something that is incomplete in the code or something, or maybe a bug....or maybe you got a new virus, the security things are REactive, not psychic PROactive people
