question on skills

To learn new skills, do we only need to buy from the skill trainer and to be at the correct level? Will it consume the empower skill point, as we buy the skill? or does it only use the points when u increase the level of it?

The empower skill point is for upgrading the skills, there are 4 different upgrades they all do different things. To do this click on the empower skill button in the skills window, this will open a new window, then you drag the skill that you want to empower over to the empty box at the top of the new window, click on the empower skill you want to apply, click the agree button to accept (can't remember what the button is called.) Just remember once the empower skill point is used you can't get it back.

Yes, you have to buy the scroll from a trainer or earn it from a quest, meet all requirements, then use it. It won't use a skill empower point, those are only if you want to give the skill an added effect.
