Help WIth download

I have a problem i started downloading the game and it just stoped. I press retry and it does nothing... The 2nd time i tryed to downloading was the same after i press retry it does nothing can u help me?

i wish i could man, i have no idea why its not working, maby your having problems with your connection?

Well, the first time i started downloading my connection went out and it stopped and the download was canceled but the 2nd time it just stopped randomly and at a lower percentage than it was before the same was with the 3rd try.
