In the last days, someone asked me if i could help him to fix his login problem. I first asked him about the usual trouble maker: server down, firewall and ip bans.
But after it was clear not any of these was the source.
I asked him to give me a screenshot. And he send me these one: http://bayimg.com/AagcLaAbP. I instantly noticed that these wasnt my IE6 i know and hate. Its most likely Internet Explorer 7.
So i tried something: I gave him a program that sends the login request, without using the IE, and it was a success. So I gave him a custom launcher that starts the game. He can play the game now.
After words:
The reason he couldn't login into the game was becouse he had IE7 and not IE6 installed on his system.
I hope the devs will fix these incompatiblity as soon as possible.
