Q: Help! I can't find prepaid cards at my local Target!
A: Cards are available in most stores beginning September 23, 2008. Ask a Target team member to show you where the cards are. They should be located in the prepaid card endcap in the entertainment department of each store.

Q: How do I get my SparkCash?
A: On or after September 23, 2008, visit www.outspark.com/card (http://www.outspark.com/card). Follow the instructions on the back of the card and on the redemption page to receive your SparkCash. You will need to scratch off a portion of the back of the card to reveal your card PIN. Enter your PIN on the redemption page to receive your SparkCash.
Help! The PIN I entered is not working!
A: Check to make sure you entered the correct PIN (sometimes it's easy to make a tiny mistake). If you continue to encounter an error message, please email support@outspark.com with the following information:
Your name
Your SparkID
Your email address
The denomination of the card purchased ($10, $25)
The PIN number on the back of your card
Outspark Support will do its best to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
Q: Do I need to use all my SparkCash in a single purchase?
A: Nope! Any unused SparkCash will remain in your Outspark account until you spend it.
Q: Does my SparkCash expire?
A: SparkCash does not currently have an expiration date. Outspark reserves the right to change the duration at any time and will notify the community promptly with information about any changes.
