im guessing this goes into your inventory because its a personal reward for that char to reach that lvl

i got it in the inventory at that time and since all rewards for completing a quest go into the inventory and not the reward bag i think its gonna be in the inventory stil. Only the apprentice rewards go into the reward bag by my knowledge
