Well...
OzzyD, Centrix, Twinklebelle, me and any others who were there (cant remember xD) were having a debate over how you pronounce Phinoflie.
OzzyD (and Microsoft Sam) thought:
Fin-off-lee
Centrix, Me and someone else thought:
Fee-no-fly
BUT!
I wanna know what you think: Fee-no-fly or Fin-off-lee?

It's spelled different ways for different types of phinoflys/phinoflees, and in quests, so I was wondering about this too... I think it's pronounced Phinofly thought..

Doesn't the word "Phino" Pronounced P-Hin-O mean Doll or something?

As ph is a digraph of f, naturally it will follow the same pronunciation rules as any word that starts with f. Ergo, Phin derives to fin.
Therefore, Phinofly would logically be pronounced Fin-o-fly, as weird as that sounds. With the number of spelling errors Fiesta has, the singular version should be Phinofly, not Phinoflie.

It seems only 1 person agrees with Ozzy and Microsoft sam.
Where as Centrix and I are winning! :D
From what I've read, I guess this is just one of those confusing words. -.-;; (curses OnsOn soft for making such a difficult word)
