I bought things from the fiesta store but none of my characters are reciveing them.

The stuff is in my backpack but None of my characters got any of it...can someone help plz?

Well, maybe you tried this I don't know but here goes.
You said the items are in your backpack in the fiesta store right? Well on each one of your characther you have 4 inventory slots, and two other sections; for reward items(which you get every tenth level when you have a master) and a premium item inventory section. This is where your purchased items should be. Each one of your characther in that same account should have the item in the premium item section in their inventory. All you need to do is then right click on it with the character you want to use it with, and it will transfer into you players normal inventory section. Right click again to activate it and use with that player.

No i looked they wernt in my premium items box... i tried on another computer and my characters are not even there like they never existed.

That's very strange :S I hope you manage to resolve the issue.
Maybe you should try pming Fiesta_Help. Explain to them step by step what happened so they'll have the information they need to try explain what happened to you.

Just one thing, to make sure you tried everything, on the other computer did you click on the right server? Cause it's not the first time I've clicked on the wrong one by mistake and get a shock seeing no characters there.
Make sure the account you bought the items with is the same account you have your characters on.

do you have more than one account?

some people use a seperate email account for the forums for security. is it possible you were logged into a different account when u made your purchases?

i sent a help ticket... i did try all the servers and no i got only 1 account so yeah...very strange
